GENERAL INFORMATION

​

★ All commissions are Digital Commissions. No physical copies will be delivered to you. 

★ I will not accept commissions from instagram/twitter accounts that is lesser than 2 weeks. 
★ Sketch Work in Progress (WIP) will be offered for Full Coloured Commissions (Chibi included). Do note that if you choose to ask for a sketch WIP, it may take slightly more time as I will need to wait for the green light from you before continuing.

★ A full resolution picture will be sent to you via email/DMs, but my username will remain on it. I will make the signature as unnoticeable as possible, so please do not remove the watermark. 

★ Please save your commission into your own computer as I do tend to clean my folders periodically as well as delete old files from my computer. 

★ All commissions are for Personal Use ONLY. The following cases are considered commercial use:

★Reproducing and selling the artwork.
★ When you receive profit in the medium where you're using it and/or as a way to get attention (like Patreon, You Tube videos, banner of personal site, business cards...)

★ I reserve the rights of increasing the price if you want a very high detailed drawing. Character design complexity is rated in the Commission Guidelines tab.

★ I reserve the rights of cancelling your commission if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.

★ Do not ask me to draw in a different style. If you commission me it's because you like my work, not because your favorite artist is busy.

★ By commissioning me, you are allowing me to modify your character's colours according to my artistic preferences.

While the base colour will still be the same (if a palette is provided), the hue may appear slightly different after shading! 
If you wish for me to strictly follow the colours (shading hues included) on your references, please state so in the "Additional Info" and I will promptly reject your commission.

★ As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (lineart style, coloring method, composition...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind.

★ I will work as best as I can, but you're the one who have to make sure that whatever you order is suitable with my style so you can avoid any dissatisfaction in the future. Browse around my gallery for samples as much as you need and please refer to the "Do's and Do Not" section of this journal for more info.
 

★ By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.

 

COPYRIGHT USAGE

As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example; 

★ Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
★ Promote myself with it in any place.

As a commissioner you may:

★ Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes).
★ Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
★ Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.

 

You are NOT ALLOWED to:

★ Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission. Making signature edits is considered changing, so please don't do that either.
★ Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way, virtual currencies included).
★ Take credit for the art.
★ Remove my watermarks /signatures.

BACKGROUNDS

 

★ Simple background is included in the price of every picture. You will be given the transparent version as well, so do not fret if you want transparent backgrounds.
★ Simple backgrounds means they are plain color, gradient backgrounds with some textures and/or tiny ornamentation. 
★ I do not do complex/detailed background, so please do not ask me for a full blownillustration.

PAYMENT PROCESS

 

★ I only accept Paypal payments.
★ I will only start on your commission upon full payment.
★ Paypal payments will only be accepted in USD Dollars.
 

★ For Paypal Payments :

★ I will request payment through an invoice that will be sent to your paypal email.
★ Paypal fees are included.
★ Payments are expected within 48 hours from when the invoice was issued. Failure to pay within the designated time will result in a rejected commission.

★ I will add you to my to-do list once payment is cleared. 
★ Please do not pay without my say-so.

 ORDERING

 

★ Fill the form you'll find in the ordering page.
★ Send it to me via the wix page or via discord.
★ Wait for my answer so we can discuss any details if needed.

 

WORKING SPEED

 

★ I will try to finish your pic ASAP, however please be patient with me. An approximate waiting time will be given to you upon approval of your commission! 
★ Please note that the approximate waiting time is what it is, an approximate! It may change depending on my mental/physical health and personal life conditions.
★ The longest wait time will be 8 months, however this is a worst case scenario! 
★ You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like, but Sketch WIPs will only be given to those who said yes when I asked them during approval.
★ If you need your commission to be made by a certain date (example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form. An extra fee may be charged due to  giving your commission priority.

 

 CHANGES 

 

★ Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten.
★ No important changes can be added. For example, you forgot to include a piece of your character's outfit in your reference, I will not add it after I am done.
★ If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

 

REFUNDS

 

★ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I have started the sketch I can refund 50% of the payment. Once I reach the lineart stage there will be no refunds. 
★ Sketchy commissions are only eligible for 50% of payment regardless of whether I started or not! Full refund will only be given if I personally can not work on it!
★ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment are received.
★ The only circumstance in which a refund could be demanded is after 3 months of no status updates of your commission from me! My to-do list is on my profile, so please check it for the progress of your commission.

★ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
★ Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore.
★ Your name and info will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out.
